Japan Trip - April 05
After 3 years, I got a change to visit Tokyo again on business. April is a great time to visit Tokyo. The cherry blossoms are everywhere and Tokyo is beautiful.
I stayed at Hotel Century Southern Tower in Shinjuku. The hotel is really close to Shinjuku station and this makes it easy to get around. I did not have much time to travel. I spent my time visiting my friends in Tokyo and walking from place A to B. I went to the following places:
1. Akihabara - a dissapointment
2. Shinjuku
3. Shibuya - fun. As always
4. Ommotesando - Great walk. nice boutique stores and the best toy store ever
I ate at a bunch of places. I really liked the Asian Kitchen in Shibuya and ate their twice. The breakfast at the hotel was great. The Ramen lunch was also fantastic. The expensive Italian was a dissapointment.
It was fun ordering at Japanese restaurants without knowing any Japanese. It was difficult to stay vegetarian but I think I did well. Take a look at all the pictures.
